Momme is a measure of silk weight and density. At 22 momme, Rohe has a substantial, premium feel while remaining smooth and breathable for nightly use.

The silver-ion technology is integrated into the fibres and is intended to help inhibit the growth of odour-causing bacteria between washes, supporting a cleaner-feeling sleep surface. This does not replace regular washing.

The technology is infused into the fibres rather than applied as a temporary surface spray. Follow the supplied care instructions to help preserve the silk and its performance.

Your first eligible pillowcase purchased directly from Rohe may be returned within 30 days of delivery, even if it has been gently used and washed according to our care instructions.

Email info@rohesilk.com with the subject “Return request – Order #[your order number]”. Include your order number, the item, the type of return, your reason, and confirmation that the care instructions were followed. Include photographs for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

The item must have been purchased directly from Rohe, be the customer’s first sleep-trial claim, and be requested within 30 days of delivery. Only one opened pillowcase may be claimed. It must be clean, completely dry and free from deliberate damage, heavy staining, bleach damage or misuse.

Original packaging is not required for an opened pillowcase covered by the sleep trial. Standard unopened returns must remain unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

One opened pillowcase from a Duo may be covered by the sleep trial. The second must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a standard return. Refunds are calculated using the amount actually paid for the returned item after discounts.

For ordinary sleep-trial and standard returns, we will confirm whether a prepaid label applies or whether return postage is your responsibility. Rohe covers eligible return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Within two business days, support will send a return authorization number, return address and packaging instructions. Dispatch the clean, dry and securely packed product within 10 days of authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

We aim to inspect authorized returns within three business days of receipt. Once approved, the agreed refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers normally require an additional 5–10 business days to process it.
